This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on https://jpharma.online with J Pharma Medicals (JPHARMA Medicals), a wholesale medicine distributor in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

1. General principle

Pharmaceutical and healthcare products are subject to strict handling, storage, and regulatory requirements. For health and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of opened, used, or temperature-sensitive products unless required by law or as stated below.

2. Eligible for refund or replacement

  • Wrong product delivered — report within 24 hours of delivery with order ID and photos; we will verify and offer replacement or refund for the affected items.
  • Damaged or defective goods — report within 24 hours with evidence; unopened stock in saleable condition may be replaced or refunded after inspection.
  • Short supply — if quantity received is less than invoiced, contact us within 24 hours for adjustment or refund of the short quantity.
  • Duplicate or erroneous online charge — verified duplicate Razorpay payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Order cancelled by us — full refund for prepaid orders if we cancel due to stock unavailability, regulatory restriction, or invalid prescription.

3. Not eligible for refund

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Products opened, used, or not in original saleable condition
  • Products near or past expiry if correctly supplied with valid shelf life at dispatch
  • Orders delivered correctly as per invoice and prescription requirements
  • Cash on delivery (COD) orders already delivered and paid, except as in section 2

4. Online payments (Razorpay)

Approved refunds for UPI, debit/credit cards (including American Express where enabled on your payment), and net banking are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. Refund timelines depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

5. COD orders

For cash on delivery orders, refunds or credits apply only for verified errors (wrong, damaged, or short supply) and may be issued as account credit or bank transfer after review.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Email orders@jpharma.in or call +919999999999 within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide order ID (from order confirmation or Track Order), business name, and a description of the issue.
  3. Attach photos of invoice, product labels, and damage if applicable.
  4. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a decision.

7. Partial refunds

Where only part of an order is affected, we may issue a partial refund or replacement for those items only. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the entire order was cancelled by us or not delivered.
