1. Business model

We supply pharmaceutical and related healthcare products in bulk (boxes, cases, cartons) to pharmacies, medical stores, clinics, and other licensed buyers in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. This is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale service.

2. Eligibility & orders

• You must provide accurate business name, contact, delivery address, and GST details where applicable.
• Minimum order value and minimum bulk quantities apply as shown on each product.
• Prices are wholesale rates per bulk unit unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate law, lack required prescriptions for scheduled medicines, or appear fraudulent.

3. Prescription medicines

Where products are marked as requiring a prescription, you must upload a valid prescription at checkout. We may verify prescriptions before dispatch. Sale and supply of scheduled drugs are subject to applicable drug laws and your license.

4. Payment

Payment may be made online through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and American Express where enabled by Razorpay, net banking) or cash on delivery (COD) where offered. Typical wholesale order values range from approximately ₹50,000 to ₹3,50,000; minimum cart value applies as shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your full card or UPI details on our servers.

5. Delivery

Delivery is currently available in Hyderabad and Secunderabad only, fulfilled by our delivery team. Delivery timelines, fees, and service details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the address provided.

6. Returns, refunds & cancellation

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns and refunds are limited. Please read our separate policies:

7. Limitation of liability

We strive to supply genuine products from authorized sources. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where law requires otherwise.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
