Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy describes how J Pharma Medicals (JPHARMA Medicals) delivers bulk wholesale medicine orders placed on https://jpharma.online.

1. Service area

Delivery is available only within Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Orders with delivery addresses outside this area may be declined or cancelled with a full refund for prepaid payments.

2. Delivery partner

Orders are fulfilled and delivered by our own JPHARMA delivery team, not third-party courier aggregators. This helps maintain proper handling of pharmaceutical products.

3. Order processing

1. Order placed online with business details and payment (Razorpay or COD).
2. Prescription verification for Rx items where required.
3. Picking, packing, and invoicing at our Kukatpally facility.
4. Dispatch to your registered delivery address.
5. Delivery and handover to your authorised recipient.

4. Delivery timelines

• Same-day delivery may be offered for orders confirmed before 4:00 PM on business days, subject to stock and route availability.
• Next business day for orders confirmed after the cut-off or on high-volume days.
• Timelines are estimates, not guaranteed, but we aim to deliver as quickly as possible.

5. Delivery fees

• Standard delivery fee: ₹99 per order.
• Free delivery on cart subtotals of ₹5,000 and above (before payment gateway charges, if any).
• Minimum order value to checkout: ₹2,500.

6. Cash on delivery (COD)

Where COD is available at checkout, payment is collected by our delivery person at handover. Please keep exact change where possible. COD availability may vary by area and order value.

7. Delivery issues

If goods are wrong, damaged, or short-supplied, report within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID. See our Refund Policy. For cancellation before dispatch, see our Cancellation Policy.

8. Order tracking

Track status at Track Order using your order ID and registered phone number.
